Turmeric Roasted Cauliflower & Potatoes

Turmeric is one of those spices I love to use but for the longest time had no idea what to do with it.

One day on a whim, I sprinkled it on a batch of potatoes I was roasting. It was incredible! The turmeric added a depth of flavor to the potatoes that they’ve always missed before. I do make a fabulous roasted potato but I make them all the time. The turmeric really turned them into something different!
